TOGA Tuner Performance Rods are designed specifically for the subcompact marketplace and are made from High Tensile 2-piece, 4340 chrome moly material. SCAT Rods are rated at 450HP, while Toga's Rods are rated at 600HP and 8,000 RPM*!!!
